About the Role
CleanMax is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to own the client experience after a Green Energy Open Access agreement is signed.
The role sits at the intersection of Client Management, Regulatory, Project Execution and Business Development. You will act as the single point of coordination and the face of CleanMax for the client, ensuring that project development, regulatory approvals, power supply timelines and key milestones are tracked, communicated and delivered effectively.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working across functions, solving execution challenges and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Signing Diligence
- Support the BD team in validating the status of key regulatory, statutory and project-related approvals before execution of definitive agreements.
- Identify potential gaps, dependencies or execution risks and flag them proactively to the relevant internal teams.
- Ensure key client-specific requirements and commitments are clearly captured before signing.
2. Post-Signing Client & Regulatory Coordination
- Take ownership of the client coordination process once the agreement is signed.
- Coordinate between the client and CleanMax’s Regulatory, Projects, Legal and other internal teams for required approvals, documentation and deliverables.
- Track all pending actions, dependencies and approvals and drive them towards timely closure.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate issues where required rather than waiting for delays to occur.
3. Project Execution & Status Management
- Work closely with the project team to track project development, construction progress, commissioning milestones and power supply readiness.
- Maintain a clear understanding of project timelines, critical dependencies and potential delays.
- Consolidate internal project updates and translate them into clear, concise and client-friendly communication.
- Organise and facilitate client site visits, project meetings and periodic review calls.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client during project execution.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Anticipate client concerns and resolve issues by coordinating with the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that commitments made to the client are tracked and closed within agreed timelines.
5. Internal Governance & Reporting
- Maintain a structured tracker for approvals, documentation, project milestones, client commitments and action items.
- Provide periodic project updates and highlight key risks, delays and decisions required from management.
- Work closely with the BD team to ensure seamless transition from commercial closure to project execution.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 – 4 years of experience in project management, client servicing, renewable energy, infrastructure, power, regulatory coordination or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of Green Energy Open Access / power sector regulatory processes is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to interact directly with senior client stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong ownership mindset — does not just track actions; drives them to closure.
- Ability to understand technical/regulatory issues and communicate them simply to clients.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
