Position: Asset Management (O&M) Manager.
Location: Dubai / Bahrain / KSA

Role Summary
The O&M Manager will be part of the Asset Management team for the Middle East region, reporting functionally to the Head – Asset Management (International) and administratively to the Country CEO for critical matters.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Monitor solar plant performance remotely through online monitoring portals across the Middle East region.
    • Oversee plant operations, including preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring compliance with utility regulations, grid requirements, and PPA obligations.
    • Support O&M contractor personnel in troubleshooting operational and technical issues.
    • Act as the primary client interface and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, utilities, and other stakeholders.
    • Respond to emergencies in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan and regional HSE requirements.
    • Prepare and review operational reports, including DGR, WGR, and Monthly MIS reports.
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure contractors maintain plants in line with contractual and operational standards.
    • Drive initiatives to improve plant uptime, generation performance, and operational efficiency.
    • Review generation data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and implement corrective actions where required.
    • Coordinate with OEMs and client SPOCs to ensure operational compliance and customer satisfaction.
    • Support and coordinate monthly JMR/AMR activities.
    • Train vendor site personnel on safe and efficient plant operations and maintenance practices.

Requirements:
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical and/or Electronics preferred).
    • 5–7 years of experience in solar power plant operations and maintenance, preferably in rooftop and C&I solar installations.
    • Experience working in the Middle East region or handling international solar assets will be an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage.
    • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with RCA/CAPA processes.
    • Understanding of contractual obligations related to O&M services and service-level compliance.
    • Basic knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 55001:2014, and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
    • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural environment.
    • Flexible and capable of handling urgent situations and extended working hours when required.
    • Willingness to travel across plant locations within the Middle East region and to the Head Office as needed.
