Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic finance professional to support Joint Venture (JV) initiatives through financial analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination. The role involves working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive performance, ensure compliance, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for JV projects and initiatives.
- Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations for JV leadership and partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track KPIs, improve operational efficiency, and identify risk mitigation strategies.
- Support due diligence, budgeting, and forecasting for new ventures and business expansions.
- Ensure compliance with JV agreements, regulatory requirements, and partner reporting standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in financial statement analysis and financial modelling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Exposure to joint ventures, project finance, or transaction advisory is a plus.
