Position Title: Deputy Manager / Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 8-10 years (Solar, Wind, infrastructure, construction)
Education Qualification: BE Civil
Responsibilities & Duties:
Planning, budgeting and MIS on regular basis
Procurement activities for services and materials
To study civil design drawings, design optimization, BOQ
To identify contractors for foundations, control rooms, precast boundary walls, fencing walls, road construction, ground levelling, land development and various other civil works
Hiring of JCB, Cranes, Boom Placers, Batching plants and other equipments for loading, unloading, land development and civil construction at site
To purchase RO and plumbing items & finalize contractors for plumbing works for module cleaning system at site
To float RFP / RFQ, receive offers, prepare price comparative and internal estimates for the various purchase and service orders
To procure TMT, Module Mounting Structures and fasteners for wind and solar power projects
Should have knowledge of third-party cube tests, Soil test, Material testing, Earth resistivity, Hydrology study etc.
Candidate should have knowledge of relevant IS Codes / DIN / IEC standards
Should understand taxation, landed cost of product/service, transportation, insurance etc.
Should be responsible for timely procurement of material as per scheduled
Should be responsible for coordination with various internal departments for timely completion of projects
Accounting of vendor - payments release, invoicing & Reconciliation.
Material reconciliation with the supplier for job work items on fortnightly basis.
Fortnightly payment projection to accounts department
